Yes, you need a Jeebly merchant account to generate your API credentials. You can create a free account in under 2 minutes at jeebly.com. Once registered, you'll receive your API key and secret to paste into the plugin settings.
Yes, Jeebly supports Cash on Delivery (COD) across all emirates in the UAE. COD payments are collected by the driver and remitted to you on a scheduled basis. The plugin automatically flags individual orders as COD based on the payment method selected at checkout.
Yes. With Scheduled Delivery enabled, customers can select a preferred delivery window (morning, afternoon or evening) at checkout. The plugin adds a delivery time slot selector to your checkout page and passes the preference to Jeebly when the shipment is created.
If a delivery attempt fails, Jeebly automatically schedules a re-attempt and sends a webhook notification to your store. The order status in your platform is updated to "Undelivered". You can configure maximum re-attempt count and RTO (Return to Origin) rules from the plugin settings panel.
The plugin itself is completely free. You pay only for the deliveries you create through Jeebly. Pricing is per shipment based on delivery type and destination zone within the UAE. Contact our team for volume pricing.
